Frenarοs Industrial Area
8 plots with No. 41, 46, 47, 51, 52, 59, 63 and 64, 2,882 sq.m., 1,228 sq.m., 2,863 sq.m., 2,726 sq.m., 2,792 sq.m., 2,492 sq.m., 2,915 sq.m., and 2,808 sq.m. respectively (relevant spatial plan attached).
Kokkinotrimithia Industrial Area
3 plots with No. 14, 27 and 66, area 3,840 sq.m., 3,160 sq.m., and 2,808 sq.m. respectively (relevant spatial plan attached).
Paphos Industrial Area II (Ayia Varvara)

Interested parties may submit an application on the special rental form, which must be accompanied by the supporting documents recorded in the relevant guide. It is underlined that the closing date for applications is 29 October 2021.
The applications submitted will be examined in accordance with the procedure and criteria laid down in the Republic’s Property (Rental of Property within Government Industrial Areas) Regulations of 1990 (C.P.P. 164/90) and the subsequent Amending Regulations.
